To thank you for being more numerous to follow us, IKI organizes its first photo contest!

In which circumstances do you wear IKI ? Show us and maybe you’ll win an 80 € voucher + a mystery gift from the team!

📸 Share on Facebook or Instagram your most original photo while you are wearing some IKI by TSUME!

➡ The contest will present two winners:

💜 One winner who will be  the favorite of the public (popularity judged by the number of likes on his/her picture),

🧡 One who will be the favorite of the Iki team (Iki’s team favorite picture).

To participate on Instagram you have to :

⭐1) Follow the official Instagram page of Iki @ikiofficiel

⭐2) Post an original picture where you are wearing an Iki product

⭐3) Tag the Iki official page @ikiofficial and use the hashtag #ikipic in the description of the publication

If the participant wishes to participate on Facebook:

⭐1) Each participant will have to publish their photo (confidentiality: public) in comment on the post which gives the possibility to the candidates to participate on Facebook. ⭐2) To avoid any confusion, this post will be published pinned on our Facebook page.

⚠ The model featured on the photo must be from our licensed collections.

❎ Deadline for submission: 06/09/2018, 23:59 / 🏆 The winner will be announced on 10/09/2018.

The participating photos will be published on our websites and all of our social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).

🎁 The “favorite of the public” will win an 80 euros voucher* which can be used on the website of Tsume Art (https://tsume-art.com) + a surprise batch. The winning photo will be the one that will harvest the biggest amount of “like”.

🎁 The “favorite of the jury” will win a 50 euros voucher* which can be used on the Tsume Art site mentioned above + another surprise batch. The winning photo will be the one that the IKI team finds the most original.

(*The voucher will be a code available on the website)

Regarding the surprise batched offered by Tsume and Iki (lot chosen by the team), it will be sent at the same time as the product which was ordered by the winner thanks to the voucher. The winner will be contacted by Private Message so that their contact information can be obtained, and the codes can be sent to them.

ARTICLE 1 – ORGANIZATION OF THE GAME

Tsume S. A. (hereinafter ‘the organizing company’) registered in the Trade and Companies Register under number: B151925 with registered office at Zone Industrielle Rolach, Sandweiler, L-5280, Luxembourg

Organize from the 28/08/2018 14:00, to the 06/09/2018, 23:59, a free game with no obligation to purchase entitled: “[IKIPIC Photo Contest]” (hereinafter referred to as “the Game”), as described in this Regulation.

This operation is neither organized nor sponsored by Facebook, or Instagram. Participants must respect the terms of use of Facebook, Instagram and the terms of sale of Tsume Art and Iki.

ARTICLE 2 – CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

This free game is open to anyone over the age of 18, with access to the internet and a valid email address, and a public Instagram account, with the exception of the organizing company staff and their families, as well as all any person who participated in the development of the game. Any incomplete, inaccurate, falsified, misrepresented, non-compliant or received after the defined date and time play will be considered void and will result in the elimination of the participant.

The game is subject to the regulations of Luxembourg law applicable to games and contests. In case of any problem, the Luxembourg courts will have sole jurisdiction. The mere fact of participating in this game implies the pure and simple acceptance, without reserve, of this regulation.

ARTICLE 3 – TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

This game is played exclusively on the dates indicated in article 1. The participation is made by submitting his photograph according to the rules set out.

ARTICLE 3.1 :

If the participant wishes to participate on Facebook:

Each participant will have to publish their photo as a comment on the post giving the possibility to the candidates to participate on Facebook. This post will be pinned. The photo should be posted before 06/09/2018 at 23:59.

If the participant wishes to participate on Instagram:

Each participant must subscribe to the Instagram page of Iki (@ikiofficiel) and post a photo highlighting one or more models of T-shirts or Polo Shirts IKI (from the collections under license) by sending it using the hashtag #ikipic in the description on Instagram and tagging the page Instagram @ikiofficiel also in the description before the 06/09/2018 at 23:59.

ARTICLE 3.2 :

Participants to this contest authorize Iki to retain and reuse for commercial purposes the publications and the pictures made to participate to the contest. However, Iki does not own the photos made for the contest and will remove any photo if asked by the author of the latter. The winner agrees that his / her image will be reused later for other publications by Iki such as for the announcement of the winner of the contest. or any other future post.

ARTICLE 3.3 :

The photographs must respect the theme “In which circumstance do you wear IKI? Show us with originality” and comply with the legal provisions in force. In particular, they must not undermine public order and morality. Otherwise, the photos will be automatically removed from the contest.

ARTICLE 3.4 :

The participant declares and guarantees: Being the author of the photo posted for the contest and therefore the exclusive owner of the literary and artistic property rights namely the right to the name, the right of reproduction and the right of public representation of the photo. You agree therefore to guarantee Tsume-Art out of any conviction that would be pronounced against her for violation of an intellectual property right and/or invasion of privacy, on the basis of the photo.

ARTICLE 4 – DESIGNATION OF WINNERS

The winners will be designated as follows:

The “favorite of the public” will win an 80 euros voucher* which can be used on the website of Tsume Art (https://tsume-art.com) + a surprise batch. The winning photo will be the one that will harvest the biggest amount of “like”.

The « favorite of the jury » will win a 50 euros voucher* which can be used on the Tsume Art site mentioned above + another surprise batch. The winning photo will be the one that the IKI team finds the most original.

(*The voucher will be a code available on the website and the surprise gift will be chosen by the Iki and Tsume Art team)

The winners will be announced by publishing their photo on all of our social networks on the 10/09/2018 and contacted on the day of the announcement of the results, confirming the nature of the prize won and the modalities to benefit from it. Any winner who does not respond within 14 days after receiving notice of their win will be deemed to forfeit the prize and the prize will be awarded to a new winner. In this case, the “favorite of the public prize” will be awarded to the second photo that has harvested the biggest amount of like and the jury prize will be a new choice from the jury.

ARTICLE 5 – PRIZES

The game has the following prizes awarded to valid and declared winners.

The “favorite of the public” will win an 80 euros voucher which can be used on the website of Tsume Art (https://tsume-art.com) + a surprise gift. The winning photo will be the one which will harvest the biggest amount of “like”.

The « favorite of the jury » will win a 50 euros voucher* which can be used on the Tsume Art website mentioned above + another surprise gist. The winning photo will be the one that the IKI team finds the most original.

The organizing company reserves itself the right to check the age of any winner before handing over his prize. The prizes cannot be traded for cash or any other prize. The organizing company can not be held responsible for the use or non-use or even trading of the prizes by the winners. In case of any problem, the organizing company reserves the right to replace the prize won by a prize of similar nature and value. Both voucher (80 and 50€) can be used 1 year maximum (last delay) after they were offered by Iki by Tsume.

For the prizes ordered following the use of the voucher, the shipping costs are at the participant’s expense. The shipping costs can also be covered by the promo code because the promo code is valid on the total of the command. Regarding the Iki and Tsume Art’s surprise gifts, these will be sent at the same time as the product on which the voucher was used.

The winners will be contacted by Private Message so that their contact details (address, email address, telephone number) can be obtained and that lots can be sent to them. The name, surname, address, e-mail address and telephone number of the winners will be kept as they will have to create an account on the Tsume Art website in order to use their prizes and make an order to use their voucher.

ARTICLE 6 – IDENTIFICATION OF WINNERS AND ELIMINATION OF PARTICIPATION

The participants authorize the verification of their identity. Failure to comply with these rules and any fraud or attempted cheating, whatever its modalities, will result in the outright elimination of the participation of its author.

Participants agree to the use of their personal data. However, in accordance with the law of 2 August 2002 on the protection of personal data, they have a right of access, rectification, and withdrawal of data concerning them. All information collected as part of the contest will not be sold or assigned to a third party in any way whatsoever.

ARTICLE 7 –DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

The Organizing Company cannot be responsible for damages, direct or indirect, regardless of the causes, origins, natures or consequences, even though it would have been advised of the possibility of such damages, caused by :

– A malfunction of the Internet or computer equipment, including the Platform and the application (hardware and / or software and / or databases and / or data) of a Participant or any person or company related to the organization of the Contest or, more generally, any other problem related to networks, means and services of (tele) communications, computers (online or otherwise), servers, access providers and / or Internet hosting, computer equipment or software, databases and data of anyone;

– The veracity of the information given by the Participant, and that it could not validly consider as not respecting the provisions of this Regulation and the Conditions of Use with regard to the information and means in its possession.

The Organizing Company declines all responsibility for the damage caused by events beyond its control.
